My PC got infected with sysupd32 a.k.a. Slackbot Virus and I cleaned it for 3 days.
I was unaware of this malware because my Anti-Virus didn't detect it,
and while I was doing maintainance check on my PC,
I found out that I had an unusual startup program that I didn't remember installing.

I found out that I had an unusual startup program that I didn't remember installing.
Bad news is, I can't delete it because its locked, nor trace it and its been hiding in a registry file.
I learned a lot about Internet Security when that happened. I was not aware.
Until, I searched it here, AuditMyPC.
Simple, reliable and factual.
I didn't realize that there are so many unreliable and deceiving Internet Security Website
and programs that will only make matters worst.
In such program they can even redirect what you've searched and put it in the top of your search list.

AuditMyPC Security Test:
"I originally started this site in October of 2000 and moved it to AuditMyPC.com shortly after. The site was created because I desired a greater understanding of security and in-depth web based programming. I was also motivated by the lack of similar sites and the need to perform remote security scans without limitations, fees or long registration requirements."
